WHEN SELF-CARE BECOMES A BAD THING
When does self-care becomes a bad thing? Yes, while it's great that you take care of yourself, it's possible to do TOO MUCH of it! If you listened to episode 173, you know what I mean. I went to the other extreme, and then I found myself needing to figure things out. It's not always healthy to be in the moment and completely ignore that the world continues to go on while you self-care.
